Seems like there is some vacant land around the area but developments are on the horizon for the area. This is not downtown or uptown Houston but still the same it’s a good NNN investment and a deal that could satisfy your exchange with little to worry about. Chevron is the best of brands out there and will assure good traffic. The carwash probably makes more money than you would think so this deal is pretty solid. This type of deal we call a “multibrand” and it creates good synergy and traffic, and I must say I am found of Jack in the Box as a consumer but prefer Carls Jr’s, or Burger king if I am forced to eat that on the road.
