On-Site Physical Inspection (Nationwide)
A physical inspection provides critical insight into the real-world condition and functionality of a property. We conduct eight-hour on-site business evaluations nationwide to help you understand the asset beyond the marketing materials and identify issues that may affect value, risk, or long-term performance of the property and the tenant's business volume.
